Kanda is a family business with a long tradition and history. Their roots go all the way back to the late 1800s. In December 1976, the first toast was produced at Kanda. It was named Kanda Wienertoast.
Kanda wanted a proper launch in the run-up to the winter holidays and to test advertising in both online newspapers and social channels. Insights from the target group showed that many did not have a toaster. The basis for the campaign was therefore to communicate that Kanda Wienertoast can be prepared in many ways, including in a frying pan and in the oven, while at the same time being a great alternative as hiking food!
The result
The campaign was marketed via advertising in Schibsted and Meta in the period February 20 to March 13. It achieved a total of 10,577 link clicks, the ads were shown 2,778,947 times and reached 1,073,728 people in the target group 18-65+.
