What it's like to be an apprentice at INEOS
INEOS, a leading player in the chemical industry, annually takes on around 12 apprentices in chemical process, laboratory, automation, industrial mechanics, and electrical trades. In this movie, we get a unique insight into what it is like to be an apprentice at INEOS Rafnes and INEOS Bamble (INEOS O&P Europe).
We meet Elias and Marius, process apprentices at INEOS Rafnes. They take us through their everyday life in the industry and show us what it's like to work shoulder to shoulder with experienced colleagues.
We also meet apprentices at INEOS Bamble. They share their experiences of what it's like to be an apprentice in electrical and automation and why they chose these career paths.
