SNAKKES – a conversation tool for safer meetings between young people and adults
SNAKKES is a low-threshold tool designed to make it easier for young adults to talk to teachers, environmental workers and folk high school staff about what really matters to them.
The cards serve as a safe framework, lower the shoulders and give both parties a natural starting point for good conversations.
Work process
SNAKKES is a concept developed in collaboration between AIR, Seljord Folkehøgskule, Superlativ and WERA. We started with insight work, interviews with students and teachers to understand the need. We then developed two concepts and design directions that we tested before creating the design, tone and structure of what is now SNAKKES. We have created question cards, guides, posters, brochures and an introductory film.
An example of 360-degree communication
SNAKKES shows what we mean when we call ourselves a 360-degree communication house. We have developed the entire process, from insight, concept and content to visual expression, digital storytelling and finished physical product. We have combined strategic communication, design, text, film, production and print. SNAKKES demonstrates the breadth of our services and how we can create coherent communication across both digital and physical surfaces.
