Wera acquires the shares in Superlativ Media AS, which continues its operations in Bø, Seljord and Ulefoss.
“This is a strategically important move for us, as we now take a significant position in the county. Having Superlativ Media on the team strengthens both parties both professionally and in terms of expertise. We see exciting synergies with this move, and when we had the opportunity to become an owner of Superlativ Media, it was the right choice,” says CEO of Wera AS, Kjersti Hole Haatveit.
360-degree communication agency
We offer all services within digital communication, advertising, positioning, branding, web development and physical products. We are now looking forward to being even closer to the market in the upper part of the county, and together with the talented people at Superlativ Media contribute to further developing the good position the company has. We see this as a correct and exciting move for Superlativ Media. By Wera buying the shares, this ensures security and stable operations for our employees and customers in the future. We will still be in place in Bøgata, Ulefoss and Seljord,” says owner Jan Arve Andersen. Superlativ Media AS has for over 10 years established itself as a full-service advertising agency in Central and West Telemark. The philosophy has always been the same: No one sells our services and products better than satisfied customers. That’s why we’ve been keen not to discriminate between customers, regardless of size. We look forward to joining the Wera family,” says Hans Kristian Lahus, CEO of Superlativ Media. “This will be an important strategic move for Superlativ Media. We will have a larger environment to draw on, and we already see that we can complement Wera in film production, strategic consulting and digital initiatives. For us, it is an important goal to take a strong position in our industry in Telemark and Vestfold in the years ahead. We are fortunate to have dedicated and skilled employees who pull the load together, and who are triggered by delivering beyond what our customers expect. We are very happy to have Superlativ Media join the Wera family and look forward to working more closely with them. We are ambitious and aim, among other things, to become the region’s leading digital communications house,” concludes Kjersti Hole Haatveit.
